The purpose of the JCFPA is to benefit and improve the quality of life for children that are involved in the foster care system. The JCFPA provides meaningful support for foster, adoptive, and relative families. We encourage and promote community awareness and work to improve education/training and communication between foster, adoptive, and relative families and child welfare agency staff as well as other community entities. The JCFPA encourages recruitment and retention of foster, adoptive, and relative homes. We are dedicated and committed to enhancing benefits and programs made available to all foster, adoptive, and relative families.
